FAQs

KHAISE offers a 1-year limited warranty for our hair dryer from the date of purchase. In the very rare occasion our product fails or there is a mechanical issue/defect we will provide repair or replacement services. Warranty is only valid in the country or region of purchase. P.S Less than 1% of our current customers initiate our warranty!

Our current model is not dual voltage. The voltage cannot switch between 110v and 220v, even with an adaptor. Stay tuned as we may have something exciting regarding this on the way soon!

There is no one size fits all for this question, it comes down to a host of factors personal to your specific hair type and length. As a rule of thumb, for shorter hair it will take as little as 2-3 minutes. If you have longer hair (below the shoulder) it can take anywhere from 5-10 minutes depending on speed setting / temperature applied. If you decide to use our diffuser attachment to dry your hair it will take anywhere from 10-15 minutes.

With regular use of 8-12 minutes daily, your KHAISE dryer will last you up to 17 years. Look after your dryer and it will look after you for almost 2 decades!

We have a built in magnetised air filter which is super easy to access and clean. We recommended to clean once a month for optimal performance, this only takes 1 minute to sufficiently clean. Make sure you unplug the dryer first, pull down the magnetic filter sleeve and wipe down the filter with a cloth. That will do the trick and will ensure your KHAISE dryer is firing on all cylinders for every use!

The KHAISE hair dryer has a maximum heat output of 85° to ensure your hair and scalp are always safe and the risk of using excess heat is near impossible. However we do encourage you to always keep the nozzle of the hair dryer about 15cm from your head, choose an appropriate heat temperature and ensure you move the hair dryer from side to side regularly.

The KHAISE dryer has both CE and UL certification.
