As a rule of thumb, for shorter hair it will take as little as 2-3 minutes. If you have longer hair (below the shoulder) it can take anywhere from 5-10 minutes depending on speed setting / temperature applied. If you decide to use our diffuser attachment to dry your hair it will take anywhere from 10-15 minutes.

However we do encourage you to always keep the nozzle of the hair dryer about 15cm from your head, choose an appropriate heat temperature and ensure you move the hair dryer from side to side regularly.

KHAISE offers a 1-year limited warranty for our hair dryer from the date of purchase. Our current model is not dual voltage. The voltage cannot switch between 110v and 220v, even with an adaptor. Stay tuned as we may have something exciting regarding this on the way soon!

We have a built in magnetised air filter which is super easy to access and clean. We recommended to clean once a month for optimal performance, this only takes 1 minute to sufficiently clean. Make sure you unplug the dryer first, pull down the magnetic filter sleeve and wipe down the filter with a cloth. That will do the trick and will ensure your KHAISE dryer is firing on all cylinders for every use!
